Is it just me, or is there a lot of tired going around? Just trying to figure out if it's the heat or something else. I mention being tired to anyone and they seem to feel they are too, so what gives?

Any ideas?

No doubt a few factors contribute, however, as a personal fitness trainer, I would recommend drinking more water, eat more fruits and veggies, less alcohol and crap foods, and of course daily exercise. Diet and exercise are simple ways to feel better.

Thanks, Tom. I'm still trying out a few ideas. I really don't drink, etc., but I had been eating more fast food than is wise lately. I usually eat fruits, veggies, some dairy, etc. However, I'm also thinking I may have a specific allergy that is messing with my brain as well as puffing me up. I've been cutting out wheat the last few days and am seeing a noticeable difference.

But.... I'm thinking of taking a short writing course with Frank Zafiro beginning on Oct. 1 here at Auntie's. It's only $99 and he's a great writer, so for my mystery endeavors, this looks good. I think a bit of change of attitude now that I'm semi-retired might help keep me away from the junk! Linda

The allergy thing could be. You might try gluten free foods for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. 

And the writing course sounds great. Good Luck.  :)
