By and For Inland NW Writers

I really missed being a part of the 'Mouse Pack" in Berkeley of the Sixties, as four of our members became established writers.  When my Dad was murdered, I stopped writing poetry..it didn't seem 'enough' but I've been blessed with these latter years of my life to find a second chance is available after all....Working on a deadline of July First for my next religious novel "Fire of Thorns" but being accepted into your group so warmly means more than I can say....It's given me fresh incentive to be the best writer than I may be.  Thank you!

I am so happy for you, Asia. And what a nice thing to say. I hope you get a lot out of the Guild meetings if/when you come so that you can meet other authors and continue to get inspiration for your work. Thanks for writing! Linda

Dear Linda,

Thank you for your kind-and-invigorating comment!!! :) I'm very much looking forward to later this evening, so I may. I can't use the old fashioned expression: "With bells on"...I'm still looking for them at the Dollar Store, but I'll otherwise happily be there, the GOOD LORD willing and the creek don't rise!

I thought I was the only one familiar with that old phrase! So happy to hear someone else say it. Linda
